New High-Output LED Cleanroom Luminaires Available from Kenall
High power & optical control for high-ceilinged manufacturing, food processing facilities

Kenosha, Wisconsin (October 4, 2018 ) – Kenall's popular SimpleSeal™ cleanroom luminaires can be found in some of the most critical cleanroom environments in the United States, from SpaceX to Simplot. Now there is a new, LED, high lumen output version of both the CSEDI and CSEDO series, created for manufacturing and cleanroom environments with ceilings of 12’ to 30’.

The lighting fixtures now have lumen packages of up to 36,000 lm while still maintaining excellent energy savings and efficacy. Available in both inset door and overlapping door versions, they protect processes and people by preventing the ingress of dust, dirt and moisture. The overlapping door version (CSEDO) is IP-66 rated: the inset door version (CSEDI) is IP-65 rated.

Tim Stevens, Product Manager for Kenall, says the SimpleSeal fixtures are also notable for their power and optics: "They have one-third more lamp power than the leading competitive product, but the lenses contain and control glare with the use of diffusing beads, which are distributed throughout. Both the CSEDI and CSEDO are greatly superior to the previously available 400W metal halide lamps that cleanrooms and clean manufacturing were using – producing more light with less energy and far less heat."
