Cleanrooms and clean spaces contain HEPA filters, HVAC equipment, and other required mechanicals in the plenum, leaving less room for lighting. The design of the SimpleSeal CSSGI allows for minimal intrusion into the plenum space (<2.0" depth) without compromising uniform lighting across the lens. When additional space is available, the CSERI and CSEDI offer greater efficiency and an increased array of options. While Kenall features room side access in all three fixtures of this cleanroom series, we are the only manufacturer to offer it in a shallow plenum version: maintaining the integrity of the seal from both the room and the plenum sides, so critical in cleanroom environments.
While luminaires themselves do not carry ISO ratings, they are designed with specific features that support the stringent requirements of ISO rated spaces. When ordering a CSERI fixture, KORE Technology™ comes standard, for greater glare and contrast control, as well as higher efficiency and lower total cost of ownership. Our CSEDI family offers optional Indigo-Clean Technology for safe, continuous environmental disinfection. Optional BIOS SkyBlue™ uses circadian lighting to promote a better night’s sleep. Our optional Tunable White technology enables the user to independently control both the color temperature and intensity of light, based on the needs of the occupant or the space. Add Narrow Spectrum LED technology to light a space with a targeted bandwidth, improving technical performance or visual acuity for certain tasks and/or processes.
